For any question, issue, or feedback about the App, email us directly and we'll get back to you as soon as we can:
support.unveil@hellowenkel.comTrouble logging in? Make sure you're using the same sign-in method (email, Google, or Apple) you originally signed up with. If you've forgotten your password, use "Forgot Password" on the login screen.
Questions about Premium or donations? Include your username and, if applicable, your purchase receipt when you email us so we can look into it quickly.
Reporting a user or piece of content? You can report or block another user directly within the App from their profile or a follower's row. For anything else, email us with as much detail as you can.
Want your account or data deleted? You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete Account). If you can't access the App, email us and we'll take care of it.
